Looking in poor condition, this is surrounded by old decrepit properties as well as new housing some of which is just as bad.

It is clearly shown as being on the junction of Menzies Street and South Hill Road in the 1938 Gore and the name of Menzies Street is assumed to have been changed to Stillington Road.

January 2006 - Paul Young has been in touch to advise me that this building is closed, burned out and has since been demolished, it is no more..
