The Grapes in Mill Street is shown as such in the 1911 Gores directory. It is shown at 55A Mill Street, the junction with Hill Street. From the numbering and map position this has to be the Dick Jennings

A second Grapes is shown at 111 & 113 Mill Street

n.b. another 'Grapes' is shown at 34 Mill Street just past Upper Harrington Street junction.
