1960s ?

A Threlfalls brewery house which was clad in cream tiles. Even the bar front was tiles which probably covered the earlier 19th century brickwork. The downward slope of Park Street as it heads twards the Mersey is clearly visible.

In 1894 Thomas Henry Hewitt was landlord, it was still there in the early 1980s and information from Philip Mayer says that it was about 1995 before it was demolished.
