This shows Great Georges Square looking towards Hardy Street. The orientation is confirmed by the name on the central building. This is 'Cunard Goteborg Hotel' and Gores for 1911 shows this to actually be 'Maddox's Cunard Goteborg Hotels (Lodging House)' at  4, 5, 7 & 10 Great Georges Square, the  proprietress was Mrs T E Harcourt.

It may be noted that number 4 and 6 Hardy Street are also occupied by 'Maddox's Cunard Goteborg Hotel lodging house' in this directory, as is number 7.
