This is the junction with Flint Street,
(drainpipe right of screen). It shows number 67 Greenland Street (the site of
a former wine and spirit vaults) and beyond (by the car) the site of the long-vanished,
St Barnabas Church,
demolished in 1894. This was where the marriage of Mary
Hayden and James McGrevy
took place in 1858, only 16 years after the church was built. Further back are
the old warehouses, on the junction with Newhall Street, in the very background
is Great Georges Place.
