The foundation stone, laid on Wednesday March 2nd 1898, records that this was the 50th anniversary of the consecration of St. Paul's Church. The date is exact! Mrs McNeile the widow of the late Rev. Dr. E.H. McNeile who himself laid the foundation stone of the mother church on 9th September 1846.

This is St. Paul's Belividere Road Church Institute situated in Miles Street.

This institute is undergoing renovation at the moment.
