This shows tipping at Otterspool. Refuse wagons are parked on the edge of the cliff on the right. The rubbish is being tipped into the estuary below.

The new sea wall is in the background with an engine pushing trucks along a track on top of the wall on the left.

In the distance (right) you can just make out the houses at the end of Fulwood Park.
