Another Herdman, but this time note 'S. Herdman' - showing the view in 1825.

the view is thought to include the rocks just around from Dingle Point in the foreground. This is poossibly therefore, below the site of Dingle Bank Cottages (on the 1905 map).
Note the chimneys of the Herculaneum Pottery in the background.
