LIVERPOOL COURIER, 17th May 1837, By Messrs. Winstanley & Sons, BY ORDER OF THE TRUSTEES, A VERY VALUABLE AND DESIRABLE PROPERTY - FREEHOLD, in Toxteth Park.

Lot 1 : All that valuable Estate in Toxteth Park, Aigburth consisting of a Messuage or Dwelling House, formerly called 'The Whitehouse' but now  'The Three Sixes' and outbuildings, fold, garden, & several fields or parcel of land: containing 33a 1r 9p statute measure. The above property is Freehold of Inheritance and is bounded on the North by the high road leading from Liverpool to Aigburth. On the East by Jerico Lane, belonging to the Earle of Sefton. On the South by the shore of the River Mersey, and on the West by Fullwood Lodge belonging to William Smith Esq.,

Lot 2
: All that Field, close or parcel of land on the North side of the saide road opposite lot 1, containing 9a 2r 22p statute measure now in the possession of lot 1. This lot is Leasehold under the Earle of Sefton for the residue of a life now aged 61 years.
