The Elms sits behind what were once the Tram Sheds at Dingle and as access is no longer possible from the Dingle end it is easily missed.

Although much of 'The Elms' has been demolished, a few fine houses still remain.

These houses are the 4th and 5th houses along from Peel Street and came be seen in just beyond the car on the 'junction with Peel Street page.
