Two fine houses. The modern numbering is 105 and 107 however these may not have the same numbers in earlier directories.

Immediately to the right of this shot is part of the site of the defunct and largely unknown St James train station. Some of the surrounding sandstone wall remains.

To the left, Stanhope Street is broken and closed off by gates for Cains Mersey Brewery.
