Smithdown Road finishes in what was a Tram terminus and
later a bus terminus. I am told it is now a bistro.
Smithdown
Road (foreground), meets Church Road (left) Allerton Road (ahead) and
Penny Lane (right). It is the most easterly corner of Toxteth and
the boundary is shown in red.
Everything between the bottom
of the picture and the red line is within Toxteth.
