Park Road - junction of Park Street|

17th October 2004 This photograph is taken from about the same place as the 1968 photograph, the junction of Park Road and Park Street is behind the pub. Behind the bus shelter would have been properties numbered around 130 and shops including number 128, the home of my family's dressmaking business and Mary McGrevy, James McGrevy, Lilian Williams and Edward Christian for 60 odd years. At 120 stood the Crown Vaults with further family connections to Mary Williams and Michael Burke. |
