This is taken on Park Road looking away from the city centre, towards No 210, Rotherams Pawnbroker. Just behind is the end of Wellington Road - the name plate is just visible on the side of the pub, which is the Dingle Arms. The shop is not a pawnbroker in 1938 Gore. The pub is listed as 'The Dingle Arms' at a Wellington Road address. Just beyond the pub is James Collister, boot and shoemaker. The photograph is dated 4th November 1949.
