This is taken standing at the junction with Dickens Street, looking back along Northumberland Street to the junction with Park Road (on which there is a taxi), and the Colemans Respository.

The yellow house is on the corner of Devonport Street.

The low wall occupies the site of a small, now demolished, terrace which can be seen in another picture.
