The view is up Beloe Street towards the junction with Parkhill Road (the horizon, with pedestrians, behind the tram).

The photograph shows the last day of service of the 45 tram in September 1951. Note how close the tram lines are to each other,  meaning that trams could not pass each other on this section.

Even in 1951 some of the properties are boarded up.

The numbers shown run from number 1 at the junction to about 29 on the RHS of this photograph.
