This photograph was taken from the corner of corner of Aigburth Road and St Michael's Road, just a week before the tower was demolished.

After demolition (leaving only the rear wall), the 1956 hall, at the back of the property, became the church shown below.

Flats have been built on the part of the 1913 church which was demolished.
