1918 Vincent was born at 41 Beloe Street, Toxteth, Liverpool.

Vincent lived at the family home at 41 Beloe Street, then later at 29 Isaac Street. Upon the death of John Edward Christian at Isaac Street he moved to live with his brother Edward Alfred Christian (and EAC's son John Joseph Christian at 29 Errol Street).

Vincent was thought to have worked in a factory in Speke when he lived in Liverpool

Following the death of Edward Alfred the lease was not transferable and the rented house had to be given up. Vincent moved to Ross on Wye to live near (or with?) John (Jack) Williams, the brother of Edward Alfred Christian's late wife, Lilian Jane Williams. Vincent later married Nora Price. Nora was the sister of Ivy, the wife of John (Jack) Williams. Vincent apparently lied about his age to Nora, stating that he was much older than he really was, in order to persuade her to marry him.

The couple lived at 10 Old Gloucester Road in Ross on Wye for their married life. The couple did not have children. Nora, who had been married before, apparently had a daughter by her first marriage who later lived in this same house.

In Ross he was a general labourer.

It is thought that Ivy / Nora had a brother or relative who owned a car business but that this person's name or the business name was not Price.

Vincent died in the 1980s and is probably this death in 1988
