1879 On Christmas day 1879 Sarah Kate Pryce was born in Pwll, Pool Upper, Welshpool. The birth was registered by Emma nee Evans who was unable to sign her own name.

1901 Sarah Kate Pryce (aged 21), a spinster, married William Henry Taylor on 21st Jan 1901. The marriage was at Forden Register office. Her father is John William Pryce he is deceased in 1901, a game keeper.  Witnesses were Eric Thomas and Alfred Houlstone Wallett.

(witnesses:-In 1881 only one Alfred Wallet is traced, aged 9, born Wellington, Shropshire, living with parents William and Louisa at Chruch Road, Dawley, Shropshire. In 1891 only one Alfred Wallett is traced in the census and he is living Welshpool (born Shropshire), aged 19, a printer. In 1901  three Alfred Walletts are found, one is a 29 year old Compositor in Welshpool, born Shropshire. This is surely the witness.
Only one Eric Thomas has been found in Welshpool, he is also a printer, aged 20, born Montgomeryshire.
