1875 born at 2 Court, Cooper Street, Toxteth Park Liverpool on 15th March

1881 Patrick is found in Liverpool in 1881 at 72 Henderson St, Toxteth, Liverpool with his  parents and siblings. Family tradition had already produced the name ahead of verification, and says that he was a dentist later in life.

1891 He is still with parents now at 27 Wolfe Street, aged 16, no occupation, born Liverpool

1901 of 21 Pat* McCull* searched for in 1901 census there are no feasible matches, no dentists and no one of age even close to expected 26 anywhere in UK has he perhaps emigrated ?

1911 A search of Gores Liverpool directory shows no Patrick McCulloch

anyway Auntie Do was telling this story about I think Patrick McCulloch, when he died his wife Alice was standing over the coffin saying "Goodnight Paddy my old bedfellow" when the hat she was wearing suddenly fall off and Nan Elizabeth thought Uncle Paddy had knocked it off and was alive she ran out of the room !! anyway thats just a fun story, hope the mail jogs her memory.
Dad doesnt have any pics of the people you mention, sorry
Dads says Hugh`s death was a little later 1934/5/6,as he remembers his mum going to visit him in the hospital taking dad along and being told sorry but he cant go into the ward ,so he remembers very clearly sitting in the Sisters office,he doesn't think he was only 2-3yrs old thinks he was older.
Got to my files[after much shifting of- I will be polite here-rubbish-anyway think i must have been seeing things as only have the birth certificate you sent me, have to speak to Dad again  and ask him if it was Hugh who died after 1st WW ended from the flu[c1919]
Asked dad about Patrick McCulloch but does not remember anything other than people talking about him "Uncle Paddy" but remembers Auntie Alice.
Searching through my files, just found a note off Auntie Marge, she was telling me about the Magee side of the family, but don't remember reading this bit she says " Grandmother (
this could be Mary McCulloch -pjc) had a brother Uncle Patrick, they lived near Myrtle St hospital, his wife was named Alice, she use to come and visit us and was very funny, she swore like a trooper, I loved her, she had one son to Uncle Pat", Why havent I seen that before ! its on the back of a notelet, I think it is refering to Patrick McCulloch.

The Patrick I was told about the other day, which i passed to you, now may have been Alice Edwards husband,I found a marriage for Alice Edwards to Parick Foy 1901,seems more likely, as cant find any mention of a Patrick McCulloch.
