Photograph is taken in Rochdale and is marked by a Rochdale photographer. Emma had a daughter living there (thus this is a sister to Sarah Kate Pryce). This sister was married to a man called Ratchford (spelling?) perhaps Jack.  Of 258 Ratchfords in the 1901 census none are born in Wales (looking fior wife) let alone Montgomeryshire and thusno trace seems possible here, assuming that they were living then.
